CornStar Comedy is the official record label of the Iowa Comedy Festival.  Headquartered primarily at Billy Joe’s Lounge in West Des Moines, CornStar Records will be working to provide comedians with three pivotal aspects to a comedy career:  exposure, branding, and merchandising.

- CornStar Comedy Records will primarily be recording albums for comedians involved with the Iowa Comedy Festival.

- Part of the prize package for winning C4: Des Moines each year will be an offer for the winning comedian to record their first/next comedy album with CornStar Comedy Records at the following year’s Iowa Comedy Festival.

- In addition to the winner of C4: Des Moines, CornStar Comedy Records will be recording/releasing quarterly albums with other ICF performers and alum based on a variety of factors, such as wealth of material, talent, appeal, fan base, demand, etc.

Over the next several years, CornStar Comedy Records will be releasing one album per quarter through this site.  We will release ALL of our albums exclusively through the Comedy Guy Entertainment, LLC family of websites for their first month of availability.  After that month, each record will also be available through iTunes and Amazon.com, though at an increased price.  The cheapest price for full CornStar Comedy Albums will ALWAYS be on the aforementioned CGent, LLC websites.
